The Constitution of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica was adopted during the December 24, 1995 national referendum and signed by the President of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica on January 17, 1996. Current wording includes amendments introduced by the June 30, 2000 Constitutional Law N310.
